I have been looking at two of the most sorriest, almost shriveled up looking bananas on my counter for about five days now. They were almost completely black... but, inside I knew the deliciousness was growing and that they would be perfect for baking.
I found this recipe a few days ago online at Martha Stewart Everyday Food so I whipped up a batch last night. The house smelled amazing! As long as you have the ingredients they are easy to make for a quick, Saturday morning breakfast. Enjoy!
