the henry ford : good design stories from herman miller

In a few days, the The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI (my hometown) is going to have an exhibit that I'm very excited about, good design stories from herman miller. Oh, how I love the clean lines and that mid-century modern style. The work is such an inspiration.

To start off the excitement, there's an opening reception on Thursday, Feb 4th with cocktails, hors d' oeuvres and live entertainment. You have to get tickets in advance $50/per person.

After the opening day, the exhibition is included in the museum ticket price. You can check out the museum store for some cool design related items, or you can even check out my Etsy site for my charles & ray eames cards or archival prints. The exhibit runs from Feb. 6th to April 25, 2010. You can guarantee I'll be going!
