inspiration : tyler + giada part 2

Finally, my Tyler Florence Giada DeLaurentiis (Food Network chefs) acrylic paintings are about 98% complete! All that's left to do on them is to attach the ribbon & brads as hangers. I'm not finished with my series yet! My love for cooking and obsession with the Food Network, continues... and with that more lil' chef paintings to come!

inspiration : tyler + giada

I'm in the process of new additions to my chef series of paintings. I have two going at once this time. Here's a couple of pics in progress. I'm working on Giada & Tyler. I have a few more to go after this... I was thinking how cute it would be if someone bought the entire set and hung them in a horizontal row on a long wall in their kitchen. CUTE! I'll post the finished paintings when done!

On a side note, I purchased a lighting set-up to start shooting the work I already have for Etsy and it's supposed to arrive in the mail today! Last week, I bought a table at Ikea to set everything up and make a nice shooting area that can be semi-permanent, so I don't have to keep taking it down. Now... to find a place in the basement to set it up and put together the table.

inspiration : new acrylic paintings!

To continue on with my series of chefs from Food Network, I've just finished "rachel" and "sandy." I have sketches done for about 5 more paintings, with a possible few more to add to this series. Once they are finished they will be photographed and the originals will be put up on my Etsy shop for sale. I will also be scanning these paintings and making prints to sell too! I love them so much myself, that it's going to be hard to part with them...
